Scope

These terms apply to all offers, bookings and services of mirae.design — photography, web design, branding, videography, social content and optimization.

Offers & booking

After a first conversation we send a clear, fair offer as a PDF. A project is booked once the offer is confirmed in writing. Swiss quality, no surprises.

Delivery & usage rights

Deliverables, timelines and usage rights are defined per project in the offer. Unless agreed otherwise, clients receive usage rights for the agreed purposes; the raw material and copyright remain with the studio.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 30 days unless stated otherwise in the offer. For larger projects a deposit may be agreed.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
